You are buying from a Seller that uses SecurityPag to receive payments. The Seller is responsible for the product, delivery, and support; SecurityPag processes the payment securely and helps resolve problems when the Seller does not respond. By completing the payment, you accept these Terms.
1. Who is who in this purchase
1.1. The Seller is identified on the Checkout, with name or corporate name, CPF or CNPJ, and support channel. The Seller is the supplier of the product or service.
1.2. SecurityPag, a platform operated by RGST TECNOLOGIA LTDA (CNPJ 47.993.283/0001-83), provides the payment technology. Payments are processed by acquirers and institutions authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil that are partners of SecurityPag. SecurityPag is not a bank or a financial institution.
1.3. On your card statement or account statement, the purchase appears under the store name or under the Acquirer's name followed by the store name, depending on the Acquirer that processed the payment.
2. Payment
2.1. The available payment methods are displayed on the Checkout and may include Pix, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The total amount, installments, and any surcharges appear before confirmation.
2.2. For your protection, each payment undergoes anti-fraud analysis and may require authentication in your bank's app (3-D Secure). Payments may be declined by the issuer or by the risk analysis.
2.3. The Pix QR Code has a validity period shown on the screen. Pay only QR Codes displayed on the official Checkout.
2.4. For purchases in foreign currency, your card issuer converts the amount and may charge IOF and its own fees, according to your contract with the issuer.
2.5. You may save your card for future purchases, if you wish. The card is stored as a token in a PCI DSS-certified environment, and the Seller does not have access to the full number.
3. Confirmation and access
You receive the confirmation by e-mail. Digital products hosted in the Members Area are released after payment approval, for the access period informed by the Seller. Physical products and services follow the delivery period stated in the offer.
4. Withdrawal, warranty, and refund
4.1. For purchases made online, you may withdraw within 7 days of receipt or of contracting, with a full refund of the amount (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code). The Seller may offer a longer warranty.
4.2. Request the refund from the Seller first, through the channel informed at purchase or at https://securitypag.com.
4.3. If the Seller does not respond within 5 business days, does not deliver the product on time, or delivers something materially different from what was advertised, contact SecurityPag by e-mail at help@securitypag.com. We may refund you directly in these cases.
4.4. The refund is returned to the payment method used. On a card, the reversal may appear within up to two statements, depending on the issuer. For Pix, the amount returns to the originating account.
5. Subscriptions
5.1. Before subscribing, you see the amount, the billing frequency, the charge dates, and how to cancel.
5.2. You may cancel at any time at https://securitypag.com or through the link sent in the subscription e-mails, without having to call or provide a reason. Cancellation takes effect from the next cycle, unless the Seller has a more favorable policy.
5.3. You are notified before the first full charge following free or promotional periods and before annual renewals.
6. Fraud, scams, and chargebacks
6.1. If you do not recognize a charge on your card, contact the issuer. To resolve it faster, contact the Seller or SecurityPag first.
6.2. If you were the victim of a scam involving a Pix, file the dispute in your bank's app as soon as possible. The Pix Special Return Mechanism (MED) allows funds to be blocked and returned, including from accounts to which the money has been transferred.
6.3. Disputing legitimate purchases that you received is improper. SecurityPag may refuse new purchases from anyone who does so repeatedly, and the Seller may collect the amount.
6.4. Using third-party cards or data without authorization is prohibited. Fraud attempts are blocked and may be reported to the authorities.
7. Privacy
SecurityPag processes your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in order to process the payment, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. The Seller receives the data necessary to deliver the product and provide support and processes it in accordance with its own privacy policy.
